100 youth benefits from Saliu Mustapha’s digital skills initiative.

Senator Saliu Mustapha, representing Kwara central senatorial district, has equipped 100 Kwara youths with vital digital skills through a 2-day workshop organized by the Saliu Mustapha foundation in celebration of International Youth Day 2024.

The empowerment program, ‘Youth Digital Pathway for Sustainable Development,’ was held on Monday in Ilorin, as a follow-up to the August 12 event.

While speaking with participants via zoom, Mustapha applauded the participant for seizing the opportunity which would add positively to their skills and impact their lives greatly.

Turaki highlighted the importance of youth embracing digital economy opportunities to achieve self-reliance. He reaffirmed his dedication to empowering young individuals in Kwara Central and across Nigeria.

He said, “I commend the resilience of Nigerian youths and their accomplishments in various fields. Their significant contributions to national and global progress are greatly appreciated.’’.

He also encouraged the youth to channel their knowledge and skills into ventures that would develop society and country at large.

Represented by Abdulkareem Alabi, the senator said, ”the training was the second in the series by the foundation, while the skills acquired would add value to the participants, and also commended the large turn out

The training involved photography, videography, digital marketing, content-creation and social media management.
