Turaki of Ilorin celebrates Jagunmo, others on emergence as IEYDA National Excos

The Turaki of Ilorin, Senator Saliu Mustapha, has felicitated Alhaji Muhammed Uthman Jagunmo on his emergence as National President of the Ilorin Emirate Youth Development Association (IEYDA).

Senator Mustapha praised the smooth process through which the new leadership of the Association emerged. He stated that Alhaji Jagunmo is a true ambassador of the Ilorin Emirate, whose character and leadership will greatly benefit the entire community.

The Senator who represents Kwara Central in the National Assembly, described Jagunmo’s rise as the fruit of his commitment, dedication, and unwavering determination to advance the cause of Ilorin Emirate both within and beyond Kwara State.

Senator Mustapha also congratulated other new executive members of the Association, expressing confidence in their collective ability to bring positive change and progress to the Ilorin Emirate.

He extended his appreciation to the pioneer National President of the Association, Alhaji Abdullahi Babatunde Salaudeen, commending his exemplary leadership and his achievements during his tenure.

Senator Mustapha assured the Association of his continued support for initiatives that uplift and empower the youth, noting the vital role they play in driving social and economic progress in the region.

While commending the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu Gambari, and the Ilorin Emirate Descendant Progressive Union (IEDPU) for their fatherly guidance and support for the Ilorin Emirate Youth Development Association (IEYDA), the Turaki of Ilorin wished the new executives success as they continue to serve with dedication and commitment to the progress of the Ilorin Emirate.
