Titiloye confirms Kwara United’s NPFL matches will be play in Ilorin.
The Kwara United club Chairman, Mr. Kumbi Titiloye confirmed it that the home venue remains unchanged, he tells supporters confirming games will stay at Ilorin’s sports complex.
The chairman dismisses claims that the stadium is unsuitable for league matches, putting rumors to rest.
While recalling that the Kwara State Sports Complex was listed among the seven stadia banned from hosting NPFL matches.
“I want to emphasise unequivocally that our home games will be held at the Kwara State Stadium,” Titiloye told Kwara United’s media, said the chairman.
“Our loyal supporters, fans, and football enthusiasts in Kwara should disregard any misinformation suggesting otherwise.
“The government has undertaken renovations and necessary repairs to the facilities as mandated by the NPFL at the conclusion of the previous season, adhering to international standards.”
